Our approach to service delivery begins with in-depth discussions with our customers, to ensure that we understand and develop a clear Project Brief.
The Design Phase includes conceptualizing the project, creating architectural and engineering plans, and determining materials, systems, and aesthetics. CGL as Design-Build Contractor is responsible for ensuring the design meets the client’s needs, budget, and regulatory requirements.
On completion of the Design Phase, once the design is approved, CGL will proceed with the subsequent phase being the Construction Phase. This phase includes procurement, scheduling, site work, construction, and final delivery of the project.
