We transformed an aging facility in Kumasi into a modern vehicle showroom and service center for MAC Ghana, distributors of Chevrolet and Isuzu. This repurposing project involved extensive structural remodeling, glazing installation, workshop outfitting, and branding upgrades. We introduced clean lines and energy-efficient systems to reflect a premium, functional environment. From facade overhaul to interior finishing and service bay setup, every element was designed to meet international automotive standards while maximizing the use of the existing structure.
Our Solutions
To meet MAC Ghana’s vision for a contemporary showroom and service hub, we delivered an integrated design-and-build solution. Our team re-engineered the old structure with reinforced steel framing, modern cladding, and expansive glass façades to create a welcoming, brand-aligned frontage. We installed custom vehicle lifts, service bays, drainage systems, and a complete MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) upgrade to support operational efficiency. Interior spaces were reconfigured for seamless customer flow and enhanced functionality. Landscaping, safety features, and bold signage completed the transformation. By combining adaptive reuse with modern construction techniques, we delivered a cost-effective, future-ready facility that reflects MAC Ghana’s commitment to quality and innovation.
